A retail visit is a branch process, not a sales pitch. You arrive, you identify yourself, you review the metal and the numbers, and you decide. No appointment is required at Riyadh, Jeddah, or Dammam.
A valid government ID — required for settlement documentation.
If selling: the pieces themselves. Original boxes and certificates help when available, but are not always required.
If buying: a clear weight or budget range, so the branch can prepare indicative figures before you commit.
For purchases, the bar or coin is presented for inspection. Certificate and serial are checked in your presence. XRF is available on request. Indicative pricing is live spot plus the declared margin — both figures can be shown in writing.
For sales, weight and purity are established at the branch. A written offer states live spot minus the disclosed buyback margin. You may accept, decline, or compare elsewhere — valuation is not an obligation to sell.
A standard visit usually completes documentation in under 30 minutes when papers are in order. Hours are Sunday–Thursday, with prayer-break awareness. Settlement may be cash or bank transfer for buyback; collection, insured delivery, or vault custody for purchases.
If you prefer to confirm a price before you arrive, request an indicative figure by WhatsApp or through the contact form — then visit while it holds.
When you ask what gold costs, you get two numbers — not one: live global spot in Riyals, plus the declared margin that turns raw metal into a finished bar.
